This form is to submit an event taking place in Wimbledon, Merton, Wandsworth, Kingston upon Thames or Sutton.
If your organisation is based in one of the above areas and your event will be either in Greater London or Surrey, that’s just fine.
Not all submissions are accepted and if your event is published on our What’s On page, we will send you an email to let you know.
Events are normally published within two business days.
Submission and Publication Information
For Registered Charities
If you are a registered charity, there is no charge for inclusion. You may also include details of how to book for your event. This could be a link to the ticket booking page on your website, a booking phone number, or a link to a third party booking agent you are using.
A basic free listing is available. If you would like to include booking details, there is a charge of £8.00 per month and we will send you an email invoice, which you will be able to pay online via PayPal. Once we receive your payment, your event will be published, normally within two business days.
After you have filled in the form, if you have any images or posters that you would like displayed, please send them to us by email.
