Cheap international calls are subject to availability. Call rates shown are what you would pay if you were a BT Together Option One customer on 1st of August 2007. Please note that rates for calls made from mobiles and service providers other than BT may differ. Call rates may change without prior notice. Please visit www.just-dial.com for current call rates and full terms and conditions. Services on this website are provided in partnership with Telco Global Ltd who are part of the Carphone Warehouse Group in the UK.
Am I charged from the moment I connect to your access number?
As soon as you hear our welcome message charging begins and you should dial your international number straight away and press # immediately after you have finished dialing. Pressing # after dialing simply tells our system to connect your call straight away, rather than waiting a pre-set time before connecting you. Therefore, pressing # straight away minimises your call charges.
Can I call from my mobile phone?
Yes, however, you may be surcharged by your mobile phone network operator for access to the numbers listed on this page. Unfortunately we have no control over this surcharging and don't make any money from these higher charges levied by most phone providers. Depending on which mobile tariff you are on, your phone network provider may allow free access to our numbers as part your monthly "free bundle of minutes", although you will need to check with your network to be sure. If you would like to make cheap international calls from your mobile, you should check out our mobile service for instant savings on international mobile calls.
Can I make cheap international calls from a payphone?
If you call using the access numbers shown on this page from a BT payphone you will be surcharged by BT for each minute connected. You will get best value from a home or business landline and if you prefer to use your mobile phone or payphone you will make huge savings with our international mobile service.

Can I use your access numbers to make cheap international calls from hotels?
If using the phone in your hotel room, probably not. However, you may be able to reduce your costs somewhat when using our access numbers in a hotel. Most hotels surcharge both local, national long distance and international phone calls. When calling from a hotel, calls to UK numbers will probably be charged at lower rates than international calls. Therefore, using our access numbers for international calls should, in theory, be less expensive than calling an international number direct. We suggest you ask at your hotel reception what the prices are when calling your international number direct, and what the price is when calling our access number needed for connection to your international destination.
A much cheaper solution would be to use a cell phone with a UK SIM card and taking advantage of our great value for money international mobile service which allows you to make cheap international calls from your mobile phone.
Are your great phone rates available over Christmas and New Year?
Absolutely - our cheap call rates are available every day throught the year.
