How
much do postcards and messages cost?
|

Postcards and
messages cost £3.33 including postage and packing to any
destination in the world. Postage within
the UK is by first class mail, overseas
postage is by airmail.

How
do I pay for postcards?
|

Payment is by
credit card via a secure server.
|

Is
it safe for me to send my personal and
credit/debit card details over the internet?
|

Yes! The shopping
cart order form which asks for your personal
details is hosted on a secure server at
DoublePadlock.Com, in the UK. Your
credit/debit card details are taken on a
secure form hosted by WorldPay, a division of
the Royal Bank of Scotland, in the UK.
Worldpay will process your order and then make
payment to WimbledonVisitor.Com. We do
not have access to your credit card details.

long does delivery take? Please note

advise that 90% of 1st class mail arrives the
next working day. To avoid disappointment
please allow two working days.

When
will my postcard / greeting card be posted?
|
|

Postcards are normally sent within 24 hours, or on the next working
day of your order being received. We
will, however, endeavor to send your
postcard on the day your order is received,
if this happens to be a working day in the
United Kingdom.

How
will I know when my postcard / greeting card
has been posted?
|
|
|
We will send you
a confirmation e-mail after your card has
been posted.
|
|
What
will my postcard and message look like?
|
|
|
Your choice of 4x6 inch (10x15cm),
photographic quality digitally printed
postcard / greeting card,
will have a short description of the
photograph, together with a copyright notice
printed on the back of the postcard.
Your message of up to 400 words will be
printed in on
A5 letter quality paper. Your
postcard and message will be posted
in an envelope from London and it
will have a Wimbledon SW19 postmark, if you choose that
option!

Will
you correct any spelling/grammar mistakes in
my message?
|
|
|
No. We
assume that what you type is what you want!
|

Can
I send a message in a language other than
English?
|
|
|
Yes. You can use the Latin
alphabet in languages other than
English, but please do not use
accented characters as we will
not be able to convert them
correctly. If you do use
accented characters, we will not be
responsible for their correct interpretation.

nothing happened!

After
pressing submit, it usually takes a while for
the information you gave us to be sent to our
server. If after 30 seconds
nothing has happened,
press submit again. In the unlikely
event that your order is duplicated, we would
notice this. It is important that you
give us a valid e-mail
address so that we can get in touch with you
quickly to resolve any queries.

to process your order and secondly to provide
you with the best possible service. Your
details will not be passed on to anyone else.
The type of information we will collect about
you includes:

Your credit
card details will not be collected by us, but
instead will be sent encrypted and collected
only by Worldpay ® who will authorize your on-line credit card transaction.
