If an item is faulty, or received damaged, then we will refund the cost of the item including postage. You must contact us first (using the email or phone details above) to obtain a returns authorisation number.
If you return an item to us for any other reason, then we will refund you the cost of the item but regret we are unable to refund the cost of posting the item back to us. This section only applies to buyers in the UK or other countries of the the European Union.
We will only refund your purchase cost providing the item is returned securely packed, in its original condition and unused. You are strongly advised to obtain a certificate of posting.
We must receive all returns within seven working days of delivery, starting the day after you receive the goods.
Please note, that we accept returns, as detailed above, from private consumers in accordance with the UK "Distance Selling Regulations".
These regulations do not apply if you collect goods from us, or to "Business to Business" transactions, or to products which we have prepared or altered to your requirements, or to buyers from outside the UK. Please note that we only ship to the UK.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
