Satisfaction Guarantee

We would like you to be pleased with the photographs you purchase from us.  By buying from us you are protected by the United kingdom Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which allow a cooling-off period of 7 working days.  Please note this does not apply to products that we have prepared to your specification as the result of a specific request received from you.  Such products include Hotel / Business Directory set-up and Postcards from Wimbledon.  If any A4 photograph from our catalogue fails to give you complete satisfaction, please return it, together with the receipt, for a no-quibble refund of the purchase price.  Some conditions apply: 1) Please make any returns within 7 working days of receipt. 2) Photographs must be fresh and undamaged. 3) You must pack securely or use the original packaging.   

Damaged Prints

If A4 print(s) are damaged in transit or faulty, please return them to us, together with the receipt, within 7 working days of receipt for replacement or a full refund of the purchase price (if you choose this option).  We may ask for your help with our insurance claim against the carrier if the prints are damaged in transit and you hereby undertake to provide reasonable assistance to us in any claim relating to damaged print(s) received by you.  You must inform us by e-mail in advance of the return of the print(s), of the nature of the damage.

Dispatch of Photographs

Postage within the U.K. is by Royal Mail's First Class service and overseas postage is by Airmail.

Copyright

All of our photographs are copyright protected.  Any purchase from us of photographs (or viewing of photographs on any of our pages over the internet) specifically excludes any right to copy or reproduce any images for commercial or private use.  Every infringement of copyright will be vigorously pursued.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We will only use the information that we collect from you lawfully (In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).  We will collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

Your credit card details will not be collected by us, but instead will be sent encrypted and collected only by Worldpay ® who will authorise your on-line credit card transaction.
