This stylish B & B close to the town centre is situated just under a mile from the All English Tennis Club.  You can find us in a leafy, quiet, residential street in SW19, a five-minute walk from the tube and mainline railway. From Wimbledon there is a frequent train service to Waterloo, a journey of fifteen minutes.  0r you can catch the tube using the district line which terminates at Wimbledon.


You don’t have to be tennis fanatics to enjoy Wimbledon.  We are close to the New Wimbledon Theatre with its innovative programme of musicals, drama and opera.  There are restaurants galore to suit every taste bud both downtown and in the picturesque village just up the hill. 


You can even go to the dogs! The Greyhound Stadium is situated in Plough Lane, within walking distance from Ann & Bernard’s B & B. 


This Victorian first floor maisonette offers comfortable accommodation in both of its two well-appointed double rooms. There’s a happy atmosphere in a home-from-home environment.

The Garden Room, with its green theme and pastoral pictures, is located at the back of the property.  It has an adjoining, newly refurbished bathroom with an elegant white and silver theme in keeping with its Victorian past.


The en suite room has a comfortable, new top of the range king size 5ft bed and also a single sofa bed.

Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have high ceilings and original Victorian features.  Colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities are also provided. 


The property has a pretty flower-filled balcony overlooking the garden at the back of the house where guests can relax and a balcony in the front with more flowers and greenery. Consequently, in the summer there’s a pleasant cool breeze from both open balcony doors throughout the maisonette.  Should the weather get really warm, electric fans come as standard equipment.


0ur rates include continental breakfast.  A full English brekfast can be ordered at a small extra cost.  Breakfast is served in a sunny south-facing kitchem/diner leading to the flower-filled balcony which overlooks the garden.
