The Trafalgar Suite located on the ground floor with its sparkling chandeliers, is an elegant setting for wedding receptions, and dinner dances, for up to 90 guests, or for company presentations or product launches.
The Rosewater Suite located on the ground floor with natural lighting, can accommodate up to 46 delegates, and can also be joined to the Trafalgar Suite to allow for extra wedding or dinner dance guests.
Whether you require a working lunch or formal dinner, our Chefs have created a selection of menus which include an express buffet, and menu selector allowing you to choose your courses from a selection of dishes which include smoked duck salad with raspberry dressing, herb crusted lamb chops on a bed of tarragon mash potato, and Drambuie scented cheesecake drizzled with dark chocolate.
