Situated in a quiet leafy road in Merton Park Conservation area. The house is
a 10 minute walk from Wimbledon main line station and the District line tube
and a 10 minute walk from South Wimbledon on the Northern tube line. We
are only 4 minutes walk from the Croydon tramlink.
It is a large detached house with off street parking and the accommodation compromises two rooms on the second floor each with a T.V., radio and internet connection. The two rooms, one double and the other with twin beds share their own bathroom.
Breakfast both continental or English can be taken in the beautiful conservatory overlooking a large garden. An evening meal can be provided at an extra cost.
