Starting with an initial visit, either three or five hours depending on your requirements, the designer can begin to understand your thoughts and ideas, explore the different possibilities for your home and through the means of hand drawn sketches, produce for you, an exciting, workable solution.
Start with an Initial Visit
After the opening discussion to establish your requirements, your designer will take basic measurements to produce a sketch survey of the existing space.
Having considered the options available to you, your designer will produce sketch drawings to illustrate these. They will go through these sketches with you in a round-the-table discussion. After your feedback, your designer will make amendments to the sketches as appropriate to achieve an agreed proposal by the end of the visit.
These initial drawings will illustrate the potential of your home and show you how your aspirations can be achieved. They will also provide a basis for discussion with builders, tradesmen or planners (if required). Your designer will also use the visit to take you through the next steps needed to move the project forward and the best way for you to achieve this.

Your designer will meet you at the property you are thinking of purchasing, and spend time with you discussing thoughts, ideas and budget and assessing whether or not the property has the potential to realise your requirements.
Where possible, the session involves preparing sketch design options to help you see what can be done with the property along with helpful notes as to the feasibility of the proposed alterations.
