Welcome to my page.
I am a trainer/ Instructor and master practitioner of clinical hypnosis, NLP, Time Line Therapy, Thought Field Therapy (EFT), Reiki, Hawaiian Huna and Chi-lel Qi Gong. I have been a Wimbledon resident for more than thirty five years and practice in Wimbledon, Central London and Kingston and at the request of clients, in Europe. I am a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis, General Hypnotherapy Register (Senior Practitioner), American Board of NLP, Time Line Therapy Association and Thought field Therapy Association.
I specialise in helping clients to release negative and hurtful emotions attached to past events, such as: anger, hurt, sadness, fear, guilt, regret, shame etc. I use my own unique combination of therapeutic interventions in a Breakthrough Therapy Session (usually takes between five to six hours) tailored specifically to address the client’s needs. The Breakthrough session is most popular with clients flying in from Scotland or Europe or people who are pressed for times. In any case most clients in general usually get the result they want within about four to six hours.

The aim of our Stress & Anxiety Management workshops is to provide you with a better understanding of stress and offer easy practical tools and ways of managing stress to prevent illness and promote your well being.
