Marple Cottage is a long established family run Guest House where a warm welcome awaits tourists and business travellers at our friendly “home away from home”.  We endeavour to make sure everyone’s stay is relaxed and comfortable.

Our rooms include: en-suite facilities, colour television, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and ironing facilities on request. Competitive prices range from £55 Single - £75 Double/Twin, inclusive of full English breakfast and Value Added Tax.  Those not wishing to venture far only have 100 metre walk for a small selection of local shops and restaurants.

Situated in Woodside, we are a short walk from Wimbledon Mainline/Underground (District Line) Station and Wimbledon Park Station (District Line). 

Wimbledon town centre with all its local restaurants, theatre, cinema & shopping centre is approximately 10 minutes walk away.  The picturesque Wimbledon Village and common with its Café’s and Bars is an ideal setting for the long summers evenings.

Wimbledon cannot be mentioned without referencing the All England Lawn Tennis Club which is a 15-minute walk away, whether visiting the museum during the off-season or during the Tennis fortnight it is an experience not to be missed.

With a fast & frequent service, we are approximately 20 minutes away from central London and all its tourist attractions including Museums, West End Theatres, High Street shops.  The most convenient London Airports are Heathrow and Gatwick.  So whether it is Shopping at Harrods or Visiting Museums, Marple Cottage is an excellent base to start from.
