HIPS ~ Home Information Packs

All properties going on the market now need a Home Information Pack (HIP).   A HIP includes an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which contains an estimation of the carbon efficiency of the property and advice on how this could be improved.   Also included in the HIP are some important conveyancing documents.

The HIP is the first stage in the conveyancing process and Ormerods HIPS are prepared by lawyers.  This means that we have examined the title even before you have found a buyer.  Potentially this can save you time and money.   Our HIP is great value for money too.
