The kitchen is dedicated to creating well researched menus and classically executed dishes based upon Regional French cooking.
In the evening, why not try our les escargots de Bourgogne which is authentically served along with the shells. These rare mollusks are sautéed with clarified butter,
given a splash of wine, flambéed and flavoured with fragrant herbs. The result is a mild, exquisite flavour that can only be attained by seemingly humble-yet-undeniably
skillful choice of cooking.
