These London Icons have been part of the London landscape for 50 years. Along with the Routemaster Bus and Red BT Phone Box, they are truly part of London’s Heritage. We have taken one of the last of the Classic Fairway Taxis to be produced and restored it to beyond its former glory for use exclusively as a wedding car.

From the colour of the Wedding Taxis ribbons and floral decorations to carefully planned routes and pick up times, we will work with you to ensure everything is flawless. Our wedding car drivers aim to arrive close to the first pick up point an hour before required to give the Wedding Taxi a final clean and attach the wedding decorations, so they are pristine in every way.

Although a London Icon, we understand no bride would want to travel to her wedding in a vehicle simply pulled from the streets moments before. We have always only offered the very best modern London Taxis as wedding cars and all are specially cleaned and prepared prior to collection of the bride.
Unlike our modern fleet of wedding taxis, the Classic White Fairway Taxi represented unique challenges. According to Wikipedia the distance from the earth to the moon is 238,857 miles, most Classic London Taxis will travel double this distance during their life. So for this reason it’s clear you cannot simply take a vehicle straight from service and offer it as a wedding car.
Between leaving service as a licensed London taxi and entering service as a wedding car, our Fairway Wedding Taxi spent 6 months being fully restored both inside and out. Our White London Wedding Taxi has been fully re-trimmed in dove grey leather with new carpets and headlining to capture the light in photographs. The exterior has been restored and finished in Old English white and all key mechanical components serviced or replaced.

Our white wedding taxis are uniquely able to carry with ease wheelchair users and those who are less able bodied.
Ideal for Wedding Photos
We have specifically adapted the Classic Fairway Wedding Taxi to allow the very best in vehicle photographs. Part of the division between the drivers cab and rear passenger compartment has been removed to allow the very best angle for photographs. Our drivers are more than happy to position the vehicle under the direction of your photographer, to ensure only the best wedding pictures.
