Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully
and then press the "I agree to the the terms and
conditions" link at the end of this
page.
All booking must be paid for in
full, in advance. Once we have confirmed your booking you
will need to visit our secure on-line payment page. You will
be immediately informed of the web address of our payment page
upon confirmation of your booking.
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the
tour date and time, we will refund your money, less �10 to cover
banking charges.
If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the tour date
and time, no refund will be made.
If your taxi should become unserviceable due to an accident
or mechanical breakdown, we will notify you as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide an alternative
taxi we will immediately refund you the full cost of the tour.
Your taxi driver will be outside the pick-up address you have
communicated to us, at the start time of the tour. The start
times of the tours are listed on our Home Page here. The taxi drivers mobile phone number will be given to you prior to
start of tour.
It is your responsibility to locate the taxi driver, not the taxi
drivers responsibility to locate you. All our drivers carry
"hands free" mobile phones and these are always switched
on before and during tours.
If you have not located the taxi driver within 15 minutes of the
pick-up time, this will be treated as a "no show"
situation and no refund will be made. Should you arrive
after the tour start time, the tour time will not be
extended as part of the original cost of the tour. Your mobile phone number and/or land-line number will be made
available to your driver and if it is necessary to speak to you
for whatever reason either before or during the tour, the driver
will make every effort to contact you on the phone number you have
communicated to us. You are strongly advised to have your
mobile phone switched on (or to be near a land-line number
previously communicated to us) so that our driver can easily
contact you. We also strongly advise that you leave your phone
switched on for the duration of the tour.
Occasionally heavy traffic may mean that some aspects of the tour
are shortened in order stay within the time allocation of the tour
you have chosen.
In case the return to your hotel be delayed due to heavy traffic,
we strongly advise you not to make definite arrangements until
quite some time after the tour drop-off time at your hotel.
