Image of activities at the Wimbledon Village FiairThe Wimbledon Village Fair is a large charity fund-raising event organised by The Wimbledon Guild that takes place just before the tennis championships begin each year – this year on Saturday 21st June, on Wimbledon Common Southside, open from 10.30 am – 5.30 pm.  Entry is free of charge.

We had an estimated 15,000 visitors at the Fair last year – so put the date in your diary now. We’ll have all our usual attractions, and more - and loads for all the family to do and to eat and drink.

The All England Club is our main sponsor and we are grateful too to so many other local businesses who also sponsor and advertise in our programme (you can find the whole list on our website).  This means we not only cover the set up costs of the Fair but make a substantial surplus that is used to support the work of The Wimbledon Guild: all the money raised is used to help “those in need” in Wimbledon – and we raised an amazing £25,000 from the Fair last year.

As far as possible we try to use only local suppliers and have only local sponsors, thus keeping the Fair a really local event – so get in touch if you’d like to get involved.
