WIMBLEDON PARK FOOD FESTIVAL 2018
Wimbledon Park Food Festival has all the ingredients to create the ultimate Bank Holiday weekend this August. It’s the place to be from Saturday 25th – Monday 27th August with family fun and entertainment plus later closing times for visitors who want to relax with a cocktail or beer in hand and enjoy the resident DJ. Over 45 stalls will offer a wide range of local and regional food and drink from artisan bread and pastries, crêpes, fudge, gourmet BBQ, sushi, cheeses and charcuterie with plenty of sampling opportunities along the way.
It’s the fifth food festival in this popular area of London and this year is guaranteed to be bigger and better than ever, with activities for families to keep everyone entertained including a pop-up mini farm, face painting and games for the children.
With an even later festival end time of 9pm on Sunday 26th August and a choice of local and international beers, ales, cider, gin and wine to sample, there really is something for everyone – DJ Carlo Rossi will create the perfect atmosphere for visitors to relax with friends and family over an ice cold drink and enjoy the bank holiday in style.
Fantastic Food Festivals are renowned for their Talks and Tastings Hub, this festival is no different with a full programme of great chefs including Master Chef winner Kenny Tutt, as well as food and drink experts on hand to entertain and amaze with cooking tips and demonstrations.
